BioFair: A Biostimulant for Root System Health and Disease Management
BioFair is a biofertilizer product developed by Green Magic. It is formulated with beneficial microorganisms and potassium to support plant root systems and manage certain soil-borne diseases in agricultural applications across Egypt.
BioFair Formulation
The efficacy of BioFair is based on the interaction of its active components within the soil and root zone.
- Trichoderma Fungus: This beneficial fungus colonizes the rhizosphere (the area directly around the roots). It competes with pathogenic fungi for space and nutrients, limiting the establishment and growth of disease-causing organisms.
- Bacillus Bacteria: These soil bacteria contribute to improved nutrient cycling and produce natural compounds. These compounds can stimulate root growth and activate the plant’s inherent defense systems.
- Potassium (K₂O): A vital plant nutrient, it plays a role in regulating water balance, activating enzymes, and supporting overall plant resilience to environmental stressors.
