Aspirinate GM: Liquid Pesticide for Fungal & Bacterial Diseases
Aspirinate GM is a liquid compound pesticide that supports the plant’s natural defense mechanisms. It is designed to enhance plant resistance against various viral, bacterial, and fungal diseases commonly found in Egyptian agriculture.
Aspirinate GM Formulation
- Salicylic Acid: Acts as a signalling molecule that initiates Systemic Acquired Resistance (SAR) in the plant. This process enhances the plant’s inherent defensive capacity against future pathogen attacks.
- Copper (Cu): An essential micronutrient that also possesses fungicidal and bactericidal properties. On the plant surface, copper ions interfere with the cellular functions of pathogens, inhibiting their growth and spread.
- Sulphur (S): A well-established element in disease management. Sulphur disrupts the metabolic processes of fungi, providing an additional layer of external protection.
- Citric Acid & Lactose Monohydrate: This supportive blend acts as a carrier and stabiliser, designed to improve the delivery and efficacy of the active components in the formula.
Composition
- Copper (Cu): 5%
- Salicylic Acid: 5%
- Lactose Monohydrate: 3%
- Sulphur (S): 2.4%
- Citric Acid: 2%
Application Guidelines
It is critical to read and adhere to the full instructions and safety precautions detailed on the official product label before use.
- Method: Foliar Spray. Ensure complete and uniform coverage of all plant surfaces, including the undersides of leaves and other hard-to-reach areas.
- Recommended Rate: 0.5 – 1 litre / 200 litres of water. The specific rate should be determined based on crop type, growth stage, and the level of disease pressure.
- Timing: For optimal results, preventive application is recommended before the onset of disease. Alternatively, apply at the first sign of infection. Consult with a qualified Green Magic agricultural engineer for a free site-specific application schedule.
Note: It is recommended to conduct a small-scale compatibility test before tank-mixing with other agricultural products.
